e-Nabız is Turkey's national personal health record system, used by millions of people across every level of digital literacy. That makes it one of the hardest kinds of product to design: it has to work for someone checking a lab result on the move and for someone opening a health app for the first time.
This concept reorganises the app around what people actually come for. The home screen leads with identity and vital information — age, height, weight, blood type — the things that matter most in an emergency, placed where they can be read in a second. Below it, a location-aware card surfaces the nearest hospital or pharmacy through a single toggle.
Everything else is grouped by task rather than by institution: upcoming appointments, medication tracking with reminder times, and a health history that brings conditions, allergies and prescriptions into one place.
Each section carries a short explanatory line beneath its title. In a public service used by everyone, a heading alone assumes knowledge that many users don't have.
The familiar blue was kept deliberately — in a state health service, visual continuity is part of trust.
